1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:
- Your purchase was made directly from Amplified Skills (via our website or official checkout).
- You submit your refund request within 14 calendar days after the date of purchase.
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, email confirmation).
- The product or service has not been materially used in a way that disqualifies you under “Non-Refundable Items” (see section 4).
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- The reason you are requesting a refund
- Our team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days, and will usually process your refund within 5 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used to make the purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.
3. What We Will Refund
Refunds cover:
- The full amount you paid for the product or service (excluding shipping and handling fees, if any, unless otherwise stated).
- Any taxes or VAT that were included in the purchase price (if applicable and legally required).
4. Non-Refundable Items
Some situations in which refunds will not be granted (unless required by law):
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
- Any materials, digital products, content downloads, or access that have been substantially consumed, completed, or used in a way that defeats the purpose of providing a refund. For example: if you have accessed more than 50% of video lessons, or completed the course, or downloaded all materials, or used resources in such a way that you have gotten the majority of the value.
- Additional fees not covered by Amplified Skills (e.g. third-party fees, transaction fees).
- Change of mind or personal preference beyond what is reasonable under the guarantee (subject to legal rights).
- Products or services obtained through unauthorized resellers.
5. Partial Refunds / Pro Rata
In certain cases, a partial refund or a pro rata refund may be given:
- If you have used only part of the course/content/material, Amplified Skills reserves the right to refund a portion of the purchase price proportionate to the remaining unused content.
- Determination of what constitutes “substantial use” or “remaining content” will be solely at Amplified Skills’ discretion, consistent with fairness and good faith.
6. Processing Refunds
- Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 5 business days.
- Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take 5–10 business days (or more) for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
- In rare cases where fraud or abuse is suspected, we may refuse refund requests or delay processing while we investigate.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase, as part of this money-back guarantee.
- If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund as per the terms above.
